Alpaca Breeder, Cresta Viento Alpacas, is situated on the picturesque rolling foothills of the Kaimai Ranges, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand.

Cresta Viento Alpacas is owned and single-handedly operated by Linley Yeoman.

As an alpaca breeder, Linley is dedicated to improving the Huacaya Alpaca breed in New Zealand. Her focus is breeding high quality alpaca fibre from her predominantly white alpacas using the SRS® method of breed selection.

The stud has grown in the past few years and Cresta Viento Alpacas is now able to offer alpacas for sale including young male alpacas and wethers for pets and companion animals and sound breeding females, to get your alpaca stud started.

Alpaca breeding males

Cresta Viento Alpacas is part-owner of Waiheke Conquistadore ET, and another new male Cresta Viento Celwyn -- both quality males who are available for alpaca stud services. Linley is currently building her alpaca stud using mainly NZ-bred males from high quality lines, to enhance her breeding programme.

Alpaca fibre

Linley uses her vast experience as a spinner and knitter to create a luxury range of alpaca products for sale. Cresta Viento Alpacas fibre is also available in individual balls, labelled with the name of the alpaca who gave their quality, luxurious fibre for your knitting pleasure.
